Save money by taking advantage of our Plumbing Maintenance Plan! You'll receive a yearly inspection of all the plumbing in your home. This plan is designed to avoid costly unexpected plumbing problems that may arise and could turn into emergencies. Regular maintenance can also improve the efficiency of your pipes and faucets. One of our professional technicians will check the following and inform you of any problems.

Interior Plumbing
  • Washing machines hoses, drains and shut-offs 
  • Toilets flushing properly, shut-off valves, fluid, master fill valve secured and leveled to floor flange and functioning correctly
  • Drains and traps, drips and leaks working properly and free of standing water
  • Tubs, waste and over flow working properly
  • Bathroom sinks and faucets
  • Dishwasher
  • Garbage disposal
  • Kitchen sink and faucet  

Exterior Plumbing
  • Main water line shut off valve to be in good working condition and visible 
  • Hose bibs working properly and back flow preventer
  • Vent check to see if vents are free of debris and working properly, and vent caps & flashing in good condition
  • Main sewer clean out accesiable 

Water Heaters 
  • Venting properly
  • Checking T & P valve, pilot & burner, tank free of leaks
  • Drain to clear settlement (because settelment at the bottom of a conventional water heater makes the water heater less efficient and can cause corrosion that can make the tank leak)
  • Tankless water heaters are serviced by cleaning the water filter and descaling the heater coils
  • Gas water heaters for vents venting properly with no obstructions
